General

Sativa and Indica are the two main varieties of the cannabis plant which can be cross-bred to create a hybrid. Each strain has its own range of effects on the body and mind resulting in a wide range of medicinal benefits.

The effects produced from consuming an indica is typically described as a strong physical body high that will make you sleepy or ‘couch-locked’ and provides a deep relaxing feeling compared to a sativa. Sativas are known to produce a more energetic and uplifting effect.

Marijuana strains range from pure sativas to pure indicas to hybrids consisting of both indica and sativa at varying ratios (e.g. 60/40, 50/50, 80/20). Because sativas and indicas have different medicinal benefits and effects, certain strains are better suited to treat specific symptoms and illnesses.

Indica-dominant marijuana strains tend to have a strong sweet or sour odor to them providing a very relaxing and strong body high that is helpful in treating general anxiety, body pain, and sleeping disorders.

Indicas are very effective for overall pain relief and is often used to treat insomnia for many people. Indicas are most commonly consumed in the late evening or right before bed due to their sleep-inducing effect.

Sativa-dominant marijuana strains tend to have a more grassy type smell providing an uplifting, energetic and “cerebral” high that is best suited for daytime smoking. Yes! Product images are taken by us (unless provided by our vendor). Images are meant to be as close to the actual look and colour of the product as possible.

Please note: Product availability is subject to change without prior notice. In cases where a product sells out between the time that you place your order and the time that it moves into processing, you will be contacted via email with replacement options.

Ordering

  1. Browse Inventory: Locate the products you are interested in ordering
  2. Add To Cart: Click on the desired product(s), choose your quantity then click “Add to Cart”
  3. Checkout: When you have all your products in your shopping cart and are ready to Checkout, click on the shopping cart icon (top-right of your screen) and you will be redirected to the View Cart page
  4. Enter Discount Code: Check to see if everything looks right, if you have a coupon code enter it and click Apply Coupon. When you’re ready click on the orange Proceed to Checkout button
  5. Accept Terms & Condition: Once you have filled in all the required fields, you will need to accept the Terms and Conditions (located on the bottom of the page) then click “Place Order”
  6. Payment Instructions: On the Checkout Confirmation page, you will see your order number and instructions for sending a payment. Orders will only ship after payment has been received
  7. Tracking: Once payment is received, your order will be processed and will ship within 24 hours. We will email your tracking number as soon as it is available
  8. Delivery Times: Once your order has shipped, delivery time will be between 1-5 business days depending on where you are located. If you want an express shipping then contact us extra fees may apply. Your package is guaranteed to be delivered within 1-3 business days.
  • All packages are discreet and smell proof
  • Product is first placed in a food-grade zipper pouch then vacuum sealed to eliminate odours and seal in freshness
  • Product is then placed in a box and inside a generic Canada Post envelope with a shipping label

We do not issue refunds or exchanges for most products. If you believe that you have a defective product please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

A free gift is available upon reaching order minimums. Any free gifts must be added at checkout. Free gifts will not be sent separately and unfortunately no exceptions will be made. Kindly ensure that you choose your free gift otherwise the item will not be included in your order.

Payment

Yes! We are expanding our payment methods to have more options. As of right now, we currently only accept Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, USDT Etherum. We will be adding more Cryptocurrencies in the future.

Choose the Bitcoin or cryptocurrency option at checkout to receive 10% off your order.

We accept payment via P2P transfer (Zelle, Cash App, Venmo), Interac E-transfers

Interac E-transfer: If you bank online with a Canadian bank or credit union, then sending an e-transfer just takes a couple of minutes.

Instructions will be provided with your email confirmation and orders will ship only after payment has been received. If we receive your payment by 12pm PST, your order ships that business day; otherwise it will be shipped the next business day.

If your e-Transfer is still pending, or has not been received, this could be due to a number of reasons:

1.) We were unable to match your payment to your order when no order number is included in the notes section of your e-Transfer

2.) We have not received your e-Transfer because you have sent the payment to the incorrect email address.

3.) Your bank has flagged the transaction as suspicious, and needs to be contacted for confirmation to proceed with the transfer.

4.) We were unable to accept the e-Transfer, because you have not included the correct question and answer as stated in the payment instructions.

If your order’s payment can not be accepted due to any of the reasons above you will be notified with an email from the accounts team. If no payment is received after 24 hours, your order will automatically be cancelled and can not be re-opened again, a new order must be made.

Once you have sent your payment, it could take up to 1 hour for us to receive it. Your order will be pending until we confirm payment has been received.

If we receive your payment by 12:00 pm PST Monday to Friday, your order will ship the same business day otherwise it will ship the following business day. Once your order has shipped, the tracking information will be sent to you by email.

Shipping

If you choose to check mark the Shipping Insurance at checkout, your package is marked as a guaranteed delivery due to Postal Service Failures. If you do not receive your package, a credit will be issued for the full amount of your order.

*Shipping insurance will be automatically applied to all orders over $500.

Orders will be marked as SIGNATURE REQUIRED

If you don’t receive your package within 48 hours after the expected arrival date, please don’t hesitate to contact us at

We will not be held liable lost orders due to:

  • mistakes by the postal office
  • wrong address/unit # given by customer
  • sized at postal facility
  • stolen packages after delivery

If a trace is filed, the shipping agency will conduct an investigation which can take up to two weeks to complete.

If you’re tracking your package on a shipping agency and its in a wrong city, its most likely due to human error.

Humans errors happen on occasion as postal codes are manually entered by the post office. They may have entered it wrong and off by a digit/letter which can cause a routing error and delay of 1-3 business days .

If you do not receive your shipment after 5 business days, please feel free to contact us and we will contact the shipping agency to trace the package.

Once your order has shipped, it will take up to  *3 business days to receive your order.

* Please note that, delays may happen that is far beyond our control that will delay your delivery

When tracking your package, please look out for the status “Item out for Delivery”, as this will indicate the package has left the sorting facility and is on the way to

** Shipping agency may experience delays on Statutory Holiday, Holiday Seasons and when experiencing extreme weather conditions **

You can find your tracking number within the email that is sent to you after completing your order.

Place your order before 9 AM PST and we will ship your order same day!

* Please be advised, the payment must be processed by our team in order to move it into the processing state for shipment the same day

  • The interact system can take up to 3 hours to direct your payment to the provided email address. Make sure to pay early to ensure that your payment is processed before 9AM.
  • Feel free to make an order and pay as we will still be processing orders through the weekend.

Yes we do delivery where ever you are located in North America and Europe

We recommend that all orders over $500 should have signature. Our customer care team will reach out to you to arrange for this shipping option. Exotic Kush cannot be held responsible in the event that the customer chooses not to use the signature required option and Agency shows ‘delivered successfully’ but the package is lost.
